JOB REQUIREMENTS:
 
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent (some post-secondary education is preferred).
  • Amazing people skills. At least 6-months customer service experience, live chat experience, or sales experience.
  • Calm under pressure. You can make smart decisions in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong typing skills. At least 35 words per minute is required.
  • Terrific technical abilities. You’ll need basic math and computer usage skills.
  • Flexible schedule. This job includes a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
