ABOUT THE JOB
24-7 Intouch, one of the world’s leading outsourcing companies, is seeking an HR Business Partner oversee employee relations, performance management, terminations, and policy adherence.
The role is also responsible for providing advice, counsel, and recommendations for matters relating to compensation, benefits, training and development, health and safety, and performance management. The HR Business Partner also coaches employees and managers on development needs, and creates action plans for development, career growth and learning opportunities.
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Law or equivalent required
A minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing relationships with an ability to listen and maintain patience during difficult situations.
Strong project management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
