A high school diploma or GED equivalent. A background in the financial or insurance industry is preferred.
Amazing people skills. Minimum one year of customer service or sales experience.
1-3 years of previous tax admin experience, an asset.
Calm under pressure. You can make smart decisions in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong typing skills. At least 35 words per minute is required.
Stellar communication skills. You can explain information clearly to both technical and non-technical customers.
Terrific technical abilities. You have a good understanding of common computer applications.
A performance mindset. You’re motivated by results and self-improvement.
